Designing at the intersection of people, systems, and meaningful outcomes.

Born in Chicago, raised in Taiwan, and now back in Chicago, I started my career in advertising but quickly realized I was more drawn to solving complex problems than managing logistics. That led me to pivot into UX and earn a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, where I built a foundation in user research, systems thinking, and interaction design.

Over the past 9 years, I’ve led platform redesigns, built design systems from the ground up, and mentored designers in large, matrixed organizations. I bring structure to ambiguity and push for clarity without losing sight of nuance.

Outside of work, I draw inspiration from the things I love most—architecture, sci-fi, interior design, and food. I see food and design as sharing the same principle: thoughtfulness in every detail. The best meals and the best products both come from caring about how people will experience them. Whether I’m exploring a new restaurant, sketching furniture with my husband, or shaping digital platforms, I carry the same belief that design should make people feel cared for.
