Born in Chicago, raised in Taiwan, and now back in Chicago, I started my career in advertising but quickly realized I was more drawn to solving complex problems than managing logistics. That led me to pivot into UX and earn a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction, where I built a foundation in user research, systems thinking, and interaction design.
Over the past 8+ years, I’ve led platform redesigns, built design systems from the ground up, and mentored designers in large, matrixed organizations. I bring structure to ambiguity and push for clarity without losing sight of nuance.
Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring architecture, geeking out over sci-fi, building furniture with my industrial designer husband, or checking out new restaurants—I’m a big foodie and love discovering thoughtful dining experiences.
